Cancellation Policy for Kizomba Weekend Resort (April 10th – 12th, 2026):

• Change of Participant Name: A free name change is possible at any time if you find a replacement for yourself. We recommend using this option first.
• 365 - 31 days before the event starts: 0% cancellation fee of the ticket price.
• 30 – 21 days before the event starts: 20% cancellation fee of the ticket price.
• 20 – 11 days before the event starts: 40% cancellation fee of the ticket price.
• 10 – 8 days before the event starts: 50% cancellation fee of the ticket price.
• 7 days or less before the event starts: Cancellation is not possible (100% cancellation fee).
