This is the worst festival I have been to to date, the artists did not come to dance at all, even in the Golden area. The workshops were very weak except for the workshop by Gabi and Etsty, which were excellent. The food at the hotel was always cold, not fresh and bad, there was nothing written about what was in each dish and you had to ask every time. And the workshops were not organized by level. I am glad I did not purchase the Master Class, I would suggest the producer look at and learn from other festivals

Han mejorado el hotel, todo muy bien menos la pool party del domingo que al hacer en el mismo horario las batallas de baile apenas hubo fiesta en la piscina, habia muy poca gente los profesores y animadores estaban todos en las batallas. El año pasado fue una pasada y este año una pena, bastante aburrido.

Creo que los artistas contratados deberían bailar algo en el social y no sólo entre ellos y en el escenario. Salvo Daniel, sergio y Sara panero no vi a los demás apenas

Estaría muy bien para futuras ediciones tener una sala donde haya baile por las mañanas y por la tarde. A veces no quieres taller pero te apatece bailar un poco. Eso funciona muy bien en el BachataSpain y en el DyD puede funcionar.

No entiendo porque se celebró la pool party con el Jack and jil. El año pasado la pool party fue con diferencia lo mejor del congreso y este año todo lo contrario

The reason for only rating 3 stars is due to the balance. It was TOTALLY off. Almost twice as many followers as leaders. When 30 couples was dancing in the social, 25 followers was waiting... It was almost impossible to get a dance. And it's very discouraging to get so many NOs when you finally found a free leader. Music was great though, and good workshops, although most was in spanish which I didn't understand. So I didn't attend many. They ask if anyone doesn't understand spanish, but then just continue in spanish. And in the classes where both spanish and English was spoken, it took so much time away from the practice with the explanations because of the translations.
