Lack of transportation: No arrangements for attendees without cars, making it difficult to return after workshops and forcing to miss evening events. Toilet fees: Charged €1 for toilets despite already paying for the event; after complaints the toilet was free. Wardrobe : Required a €10 prepaid card to use the wardrobe for people who have no cash. They said it can be used also for food/ drinks. I brought my own food/drinks, but still had to buy the card; the balance is not enough to pay the drinks and leftover balance is not refunded. No gluten-free options: No food available for people with dietary restrictions, making the card even more impractical. On the last day, Wardrobe was free so why to ask people to pay for 10 euros card? Overall experience: Disorganized event, disappointing for a first festival experience; I also talked to the staff.
