Join us for a transformative week designed for dancers seeking to go deeper and feel truly free and empowered on and off the dance floor.

This is not just another dance retreat.

It’s a carefully curated experience where movement becomes the bridge between body, mind & soul, in a playful, powerful, and conscious way.

Movement is the guiding principle in all workshops, allowing you to connect with yourself, explore personal growth, and experience a profound journey of self-discovery within a small, supportive group.

By the end of the week, you’ll feel grounded, more connected to yourself and others, and empowered to bring your authentic self into every step: in life and in dance.

Through guided sessions, embodied practices, and conscious partner work, you’ll explore confidence, presence, vulnerability, and authenticity. The goal is not only to improve your dance, but to evolve as a person.

Technique, connection, musicality, body awareness, and partner dynamics, always through movement as a tool for awareness.

✨ Two Tracks: Social Dancers & Pro's

The Social Track is designed for passionate dancers who want more freedom, confidence, and connection, working on mindset, your personal, authentic style & expression, and, for example, those interested in participating in Jack & Jill.

The PRO / Teacher Track is for those dedicated to dance professionally, focusing on leadership, authenticity, pressure management, traveling, and strengthening confidence in workshops, classes, and congresses.

Both tracks support your growth, whether you dance for passion or for profession.

A powerful space to open, connect, and integrate everything experienced during the week.

🥗 Three nourishing meals per day

Healthy, abundant, and prepared with care by our private chef. People don’t just remember the workshops; they remember how good the food was. Vegan & non-vegan options every day.

The remaining 600€ will be paid at the hotel. Total: 1.599€
